Three services you might not know your physiotherapist offers

To relieve pain, facilitate healing and restore mobility, physiotherapists use many different types of treatment. Here are a few services you might not know our physiotherapist, Carrie Cole, offers.

Acupuncture

During treatment, sterile single-use needles are inserted at specific points to stimulate the body’s natural pain relievers and promote healing. In addition to traditional acupuncture, we also offer dry needling and cupping.

Custom orthotics

Do you have lower back or foot pain? Custom orthotics may help! These made-to-order shoes inserts can help reduce strain and provide shock absorption. A thorough examination of your spine and gait will determine if orthotics will be helpful for you.

Injury prevention exercise plans

You can also see your physiotherapist before an injury occurs. A custom exercise plan will help you safely work toward your fitness goals while avoiding common training errors and injuries.
